Description

"Dok May", money flowers, used in the XVII and XVIII century, in Burma

and Thailand. These disc-shaped silver currencies are characterized by

a floral decoration obtained by casting and have a hole, in order to be

worn as pendants or to be sewn on clothes. Moreover, they are used as

wedding pledge.
